Valentyna Landar
At the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Valentina made the decision to leave her home country to ensure the safety of her children. Together with her son, daughter, and two beloved cats, they traveled to Germany in search of a safer future. Despite the challenges and uncertainty, she never lost hope or determination.
Valentina understood that mastering the German language was essential for successful integration. Upon arrival, she successfully completed a German integration course to adapt more quickly to the new country and its culture. After working for a year and a half at a factory, she decided to pursue further qualifications and is now studying web development.
In Ukraine, Valentina worked in e-commerce, and in Germany, these skills proved useful when she created a website for an exhibition of Ukrainian female artists, along with posters, banners, and invitations. This was not only a way to support talented artists from her homeland but also an opportunity to find her place in a new culture, as hobbies have now become vital.
In addition to web development and web design, Valentina also practices ceramics and paints to recharge with positive energy through creativity. Back in high school, she completed a children's art academy in Ukraine, which had been an integral part of her life. Creativity has become not only a form of self-expression for her but also a way to find inner peace during difficult times and a means of comfort in the hardest moments.
